Another day:
This is going to be a lonnnng project. That wire mesh is buried a foot underground, which is what's taking so long. But this is FUN, I have to admit.
Anyway. You guys. Just know that I'm working on coming back. Doing a lot of thinking while my hands are buried in manure.

We frequent peekers are glad to see you popped in for a hello! Great job so far on the garden!
Do what you gotta do, girl. Catharsis will heal the wounds. I miss your witty charms and hope you post some words of wisdom soon.
I'm so proud of your hard work. And so jealous of your giant yard. Once that long work is done, you won't have to do it again. Think of how great it will be next year, when all you have to do is amend your soil and drop your seedlings in the ground. Good work Mama! Love you!
Lookin' good!
(And HOW big is your back yard!!?)

I know I told you via email, but it looks awesome. And you are so onto something...horticultural therapy is very real...part of eco-psychology. Which is a fancy way of defining what people have known and done for centuries-getting out there and connecting with the earth and putting in a hard day's work is good for clearing the mind. It's quite similar to pet therapy, actually, in which I am a firm believer, as you know. (Can we say Gabby???)
Yay! It's so great to see you! PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEE come back - we miss you so much and yes your words of wisdom! You have such a talent - we need you!
Your yard is BEAUTIFUL!
Yay!
